The kiddies loved the entertainment, and the lazy river was a total jol! Our room was spotless, and those daily spa visits were the cherry on top. The breakfast spread had something for everyone, especially the fresh fruit and pastries, ja no!

The pool area could do with a bit more shade, especially when the sun is blazing. it gets a bit too hot after a while.

The staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful, making every interaction enjoyable during our stay.

The coffee at breakfast was quite strong, and the evening entertainment was excessively loud, making it difficult to relax in our room.

The kids' club and entertainment were exceptionally nice.

The food quality was abysmal. in fact, the room service food was simply vile. To make matters worse, we were unexpectedly woken up by loud reggaeton music at the crack of dawn. we found it outrageous that spa access wasn't included even with booked treatments. we felt cheated for a 5-star establishment.

I had a great time here, enjoying long walks to the nearby beaches and discovering the charming lighthouse just a short distance away. it was easy to unwind with the lovely sea views from my room.

Rooms are spacious and cleaning is done daily. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the reception team who sorted our wristbands. The meal options felt fresh and varied, especially the packed lunches.

The evening entertainment could be a bit more engaging and the pool area might benefit from additional shade during the hotter times of the day.

I just loved the superior suite with sea view and hot tub! Seriously, it felt like my own private paradise. The lazy river around the pool was an absolute game changer, making every pool day feel like a mini-vacation. 🌊

I had a great stay at this hotel! The suite with a jacuzzi overlooking the pool was fantastic, and the dining options were diverse and well-prepared. the sunbeds went fast around the pool, so be prepared to wake up early to secure one!
